It is your responsibility to understand your own health and proper use of the natural ingredients used in our products. Due to health regulations and concerns, we are unable to accept returns. This assures all of our customers that products are shipped fresh and unopened when they leave this facility.
If there is a problem or mistake with your order, please notify us within seven (7) days of delivery of your order. We will resolve the issue promptly. For obvious health reasons, we can’t accept returns of our products. We want everyone to know that they are receiving a freshly made product that hasn’t left our control until the moment it was shipped to them. This is for everyone’s safety and health.
There are NO REFUNDS on any shipping charges. We are not responsible for lost, misdirected, or unaccepted packages. We are not responsible if you enter a wrong address. We can’t retrieve or return orders once they have left our facility. Please double check your information before completing your order.
If an error has been made by us on an order that you placed from our website, we will gladly pay for re-shipment. A photo of what you received is required. All errors arising from miscommunication on verbal orders will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Please submit orders directly from the website whenever possible. Provide your order number along with any correspondence for faster service.
